I am a Jersey Girl! I grew up in North Caldwell, and attended West Essex High School. My education includes a B.A. from Elmira College, and a M.A. from Villanova University. I started selling real estate in the Caldwell area and was then moved to Montclair. I believe that move benefitted my sellers by attracting not just local buyers, but clients from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Jersey City and Hoboken. My objective is to get the seller the highest possible price, which complements my negotiating skills.

What is the market like in 2024? Many buyers had thought that when interest rates went up, that prices would go down. Due to the shortage of inventory, that has not been the case. We have seen interest rates go down slightly, and we are anticipating they could go down a little further. Most financial analysts expect that we will continue to have a shortage of inventory throughout 2024 keeping prices high. As of January, there are only 10 active listings in the town of Montclair and 3 of those are coops. The range in price for single family homes is $979,000 to $4,999,000.
